Our story

Built on the land.
Built for the land.

AgCert came out of frustration with software that didn't understand farming. So we built something that does.

We farm beef cattle
on Phillip Island.

Like every producer in Australia, we have to keep LPA records. Treatment records, spray logs, movement declarations, visitor registers — the paperwork never stops.

The software available was either built for accountants, designed for big agribusiness, or just a spreadsheet dressed up as an app — and none of it was priced for a working family farm.

So we built AgCert. Starting with what we needed on our own operation, and building out from there. Every feature has been used on a real working farm before it shipped.

Built by producers

Every feature, every field, every workflow has been designed by someone who has actually had to fill in a treatment record standing in the rain with a pen that's run out.

Compliance first

AgCert is built around LPA requirements — not retrofitted to them. Every record type matches what auditors actually look for. No guessing, no gaps.

Mates don't rip off mates

One price. Everything included. $85 a year. No feature gates, no upgrade pressure, no surprises. That's how we'd want to be treated.

Technology on the farm

In the field.
Or in the office.
Whatever works.

AgCert runs on your phone — record a treatment in 30 seconds at the yards, check active WHPs on the way to the paddock, log rainfall from the back of the ute. No laptop required, no desk, no waiting until you get home.

But it works just as well on a desktop. Pull up records from the office, run a compliance report before the auditor arrives, or print off the paperwork while someone else is still out in the paddock. However your operation divides the work, AgCert fits in.

The AI label reader means no typing batch numbers. Live weather fill means no trying to remember what the wind was doing. The WHP calculator means no guessing safe dates. Whatever device, whatever end of the farm.
