Explore during your trial

You have full access for 7 days. Set up your property, add your products, log a treatment or spray record and explore the reports.

Subscribe when ready

Go to Settings → Subscription → Upgrade. Choose monthly ($22/moPlus GST) or annual ($220/yrPlus GST). Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

All subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. AgCert never sees, handles, or stores your credit card number, CVV, or any payment card data.

Encrypted and secure

All data transmitted between your device and AgCert is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with row-level security — only your account can access your records.

Subscription managed by Stripe

Your billing details, invoices, and payment method are managed directly in Stripe's secure customer portal. You can update your card, download invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time — all without AgCert staff ever seeing your payment information.

Your farm data stays yours

Treatment records, spray logs, product lists and property details you enter into AgCert remain your property. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any commercial purpose. Your data is hosted by Supabase and never sold on.

Common questions

Quick answers.

Is the web version the same as the mobile app?

Yes — AgCert is a web app, so it runs in any browser on any device. There's no separate desktop version. Just open app.agcert.com.au in your browser and log in. Your account, records and settings are all the same whether you're on your phone or your desktop.

How do I subscribe?

Log in at app.agcert.com.au, then go to Settings → Subscription → Upgrade. Choose monthly ($22/monthPlus GST) or annual ($220/yearPlus GST). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You'll receive an invoice by email.

Can I subscribe through Google Play or the App Store?

Not at this stage. Subscriptions are managed through the AgCert web app at app.agcert.com.au — not through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You subscribe, upgrade and cancel directly through the app in your browser, and the same subscription works everywhere you log in.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Your records stay yours. You can still log in, view your records and export them as PDF or Excel. Adding or editing records needs an active subscription — go to Settings → Subscription whenever you're ready.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, but you won't be charged again after cancelling.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the login screen at app.agcert.com.au, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" button instead.
